Our white-glove service includes two-man delivery teams and room-of-choice product delivery to any location or floor within a business or home. We can unpack the product, dispose of packaging, and if required, we can provide assembly service. We also provide product relocation service. This is useful, for example, if someone needs to move an old refrigerator to another floor or out to a garage. Above and Beyond, Inc. also offers old or obsolete product haul-away service and ensures the items are properly recycled or disposed of.

Delivery products include computer server rack units, medical and dental equipment, furniture, heavy-weight consumer goods, electronics, appliances, home improvement products, exercise equipment — and much more.

Our white-glove service is pre-scheduled and appointment-based. Once we receive a white-glove service notification, a member of our Client Services Team contacts the customer and arranges a delivery appointment. We provide 4-hour delivery appointment windows, Monday – Saturday. After a delivery window is scheduled, our driver team contacts the customer on the day of the delivery to verify the details of their delivery service request.

Above and Beyond, Inc. also offers our white-glove services to third-party logistics (3PL) companies looking to extend this service to their clients.
